About Easycare

Maverick Baby is delighted to be the UK distributor for Easycare woven baby wraps. Undoubtedly the most comfortable and cushy wrap I have every tried, it's no wonder they inspire such brand loyalty. Soft straight from their matching drawstring bag - no breaking in required.

Easycare is a family-owned business based in Vienna, Austria. The company was started in 1996 by a mother with extensive babywearing experience; she combined this experience with her textile and fashion qualifications to develop a range of woven baby wraps. Joined by her daughter (also textile and fashion trained) in 2004, this mother and daughter team has grown Easycare into an international business with a reputation for providing a high quality, stylish babywearing solution.

Designed and woven entirely in Austria, with a sound environmental process, Easycare woven wraps are incredibly soft, lightweight and supportive. They are perfect for newborn right through to toddlerhood, with a great width of approximately 72 cm. Made from 100% Oekotex cotton, the special fabric (cross twill) is designed to support the baby's head and back, and to comfortably spread the weight across the parent's back and shoulders. While the wraps are soft, slightly stretchy, and snug, they are sewn with a double hem to allow them to retain their shape. The ends are square, rather than tapered, making it easier to ensure all the wrap is contained securely within the knot.

Every baby wrap comes with a matching drawstring bag and instruction booklet. The stated lengths are the minimum length after the first wash. Named Easycare for a very good reason: throw them in the machine at 60 degrees without worrying about loss of colour or shape.
