Payments are handled securely by Paypal. You may pay directly from a Paypal account or with your credit or debit card.

Delivery

Within the UK

Inclusive delivery via Royal Mail First Class Recorded for orders over £20 and First Class for orders under £20. If you would prefer your parcel sent by Special Delivery, please do ask - this can be available at no extra charge. Orders received by 2.00 pm Monday to Friday will be posted the same day.

Outside the UK

Royal Mail Airmail to EU destinations £5.00
Royal Mail Airmail to non-EU destinations £9.00

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with both your purchase and our service. Sometimes, though, you might want to return something. If so, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to let us know. Unless faulty, we'd be very grateful if the item(s) you wish to return are in unused condition and complete with original packaging and with tags still attached. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned package.
